Returns & Exchanges

At Kalliope Jewelry, we want you to love your new pieces, so we offer 30-day returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Jewelry

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Kalliope gift box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
